TB: You have released a beautiful album Ft. last year that has got many high praises. Can you share what's coming up?
Sean: Yes, the reaction to 'Ft.' has been really beautiful and after 15 years of not making an album I could not have asked for a better place to start my journey back into being the musical artist. I have another album being released in April as part of Record Store Day [TB says: April 22nd, coincidentally also the day Sean is playing BEARANOID!] it is a very limited pressing on white vinyl and is something I have always wanted to do. Problem is with the rules that go along with that day as I am not allowed to say too much beforehand.

TB: What are your expectations of TB? What can bears coming to TB expect you bringing here?
Sean: Well the best thing is I get to play with my 'bestie' Antti (Mr.A), that fantastic special relationship you make with someone you DJ with that goes further than just a close friend but someone you can take musical journeys with, behind the decks together and always know that those journeys are special and you learn things about each other. Going to be a great party I know that for sure.

TB: What is bear culture to you?
Sean: When I came out as a gay man in my 30's and someone said you're a bear I was like 'I am a what?". Bears started as a sub genre within the leather scene in West Coast USA and now within the actual bear scene there are sub genres too . My motto to all this is do not take anything way too seriously, have fun with it and respect others, as whatever family in gay life you choose to be part of does not make you more or less superior than the others. You are always still a part of a bigger picture within the LGBT World, always respect that and others and their choices
