Yuri has tried different artistic directions and has eventually found himself in the dynamic TV industry.
Having passed a long way from being a cameraman to the TV director Yuri has proved his high professional skills as a director of documentary films.
His filmography contains more than 40 documentary films with a wide range of genres. His favourite genre is portrait-films about famous politicians, sportsmen, artists, and musicians.
Yuri believes that it is not only the most difficult but also the most exciting thing to demonstrate different sides of a personality. One of his notable works is a documentary about the world-famous opera singer Anna Netrebko, which was broadcasted on Austrian and Russian central TV-channels.
Nowadays Yuri cooperates with the Norwegian broadcasting - NRK, making news and being where the main world events happen. Also, he has his own TV-production studio – Two Points.
